The Ayrshire and Renfrewshire Circuit of the Methodist Church in Scotland consists of a large geographical area of the west of Scotland.

There are three churches in this widespread Circuit:-
Paisley, Barrhead and Girvan.
There are also a number of Methodists in Ayr who meet as a House Group.
Revd. Mary Patterson has overall responsibility for the spiritual and pastoral care of all the churches in the circuit
All the churches give a warm welcome to everyone

The Church exists to increase awareness of God’s presence and to celebrate God’s

Our Superintendent Minister forms part of the Spiritual Care Teams at both the University of the West of Scotland – formerly University of Paisley – which has a campus in Paisley, Ayr, Dumfries, and Hamilton – formerly Bell College and also at West College Scotland in Paisley – the top further education college in Scotland.
Both teams are multi-faith and care for all those connected with the University and College whatever their faith or none.
